Low Cost Counselling with a Trainee or Associate Therapist

8AKP is able to offer low-cost counselling with either Trainee Therapists who are studying to become Psychotherapeutic Counsellors or Psychotherapists, or with Associate Therapists who are qualified and are building up their client contact hours to become fully accredited with the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) or BPC (British Psychoanalytical Council)

For adults , we have Trainees and Associates from:

Matrix College (Middlesex University) BSc in Psychotherapeutic Counselling

Birkbeck College (University of London) MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy

Metanoia (Middlesex University) MSc in Gestalt Psychotherapy

For under-18s we have Trainees and Associates from the University of Cambridge Diploma in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Counselling.

Weekly therapy sessions are £30 with a Trainee and £65 with an Associate. All sessions are for 50 minutes.
