Trainee Psychotherapist

I am a trainee psychotherapist currently completing an MSc in Gestalt Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute.

My approach is grounded in Gestalt principles, focusing on developing awareness as a pathway to understanding, growth, and choice. I work relationally, valuing the therapeutic relationship as central to the process, and I emphasise working in the “here and now” to explore how you experience yourself and others in the present moment.

In Gestalt therapy, awareness itself can be a powerful agent of change. By paying attention to what emerges in the moment, your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations, we can begin to uncover patterns, deepen self-understanding, and create space for new ways of being. This work can be both gentle and creative, inviting curiosity about how you relate to yourself and the world around you.

I am a trainee member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and adhere to their code of ethics and professional practice
