Clinical Psychologist and Parent-Child Psychotherapist
I am a psychotherapist specialising in work with infants, young children, young people, and their parents. My therapeutic approach is relationship-based and grounded in psychodynamic thinking, while also integrating behavioural approaches when helpful.
For children under the age of six, I typically work with both parents and children together in the room. This allows us to observe and understand the relational patterns that may be contributing to the child’s difficulties. I believe that early relationships play a crucial role in emotional development and in shaping how children grow into adolescence and adulthood.
For older children and young people, I offer individual child psychotherapy alongside regular parental guidance sessions. In this process, I support parents in making sense of their feelings and thoughts about their child, while also helping children develop ways to recognise, express, and communicate their emotions.
I have extensive experience working with families facing relational difficulties, as well as supporting children and young people experiencing anxiety and depression. I also work with children with developmental differences, including ADHD, autism, and developmental delays.
