Seana Wilson

Associate Integrative Arts Psychotherapist

I am an Integrative art psychotherapist, which means my work is informed by multiple therapeutic theories and approaches.

I work together with adults facing stress, depression, trauma, grief, anxiety and challenging transitions in life.

Sessions with me combine talking therapies with time to create and reflect using art materials.

I am passionate about how imagination and creativity can help connect us to our emotions, give insight, and help process difficult thoughts, experiences and feelings in a safe space.

The focus is you and sessions are tailored to help you know yourself better and unravel past hurts and disappointments to make sure they do not negatively impact the choices you are making today.

Together we can explore how to best support your mental health and well-being.
