Psychotherapist working with Individuals and Relationships

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist working with adult individuals and relationships of any configurations. As a Certified Transactional Analyst, I offer integrative depth psychotherapy on a weekly basis, in person and online, seeing clients in central Cambridge from Monday to Friday.

Having spent hundreds of hours alongside clients from all walks of life, I strongly believe that there is no one right or simple way to feel or think about ourselves, our individual lives, and the world we inhabit. We are complex beings who often need space and support of others to slow down and make sense of what has happened to us, why we feel out of place, or how to move forward. Therapy with me can be one such place for you.

My therapeutic orientation can be described with many big words - psychodynamic, humanist, integrative, interpersonal, feminist. All this means is that as your therapist, I focus on who you are, who you have been, and who you are becoming in relation to yourself and the world around you.

As my client, you will find that my approach combines a supportive empathic stance with an apt challenge. I bring my humanity and knowledge to meet you where you are emotionally - with respect, honesty, and kindness. When appropriate, I will share my reflections and observations with you to facilitate your self-exploration and understanding of how we impact each other.

As a third culture child, I relate easily to the complexity of building a new life in a foreign culture. With over a decade of work experience in various corporate environments, including international education and academia, I understand the challenges that cross-cultural relationships can bring up both at home and in work settings. So, if you struggle with life transitions, identity integration, chronic shame, burnout, or conflict in your relationships, there is a space for you in my practice.

I trained at the Metanoia Institute in London, one of the most well-established psychotherapy training providers in the UK. I have opened my private practice in 2022.
